Happy Thanksgiving Blessings

We have a lot to be thankful this year. The best of all is having Caroline. She completed our family and brings a lot of joy!
This is our first Thanksgiving with Caroline. I prepared traditional american food with a touch of filipino foods. She watched while daddy curved the turkey. She ate pancit, potatoes, turkey and pumpkin pie. She listen while daddy and mommy talk, and chimes-in with her little "talks" and babbles! She's such a joy!
The day was wonderful! God gave me a wonderful family. He arranged our first family Thanksgiving to be exceptional. This was the first of many Thanksgiving we would share.
I pray that not only during the Thanksgiving season I will be grateful but all through our life.
Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

She's starting to be independent. She now have this leave-me-alone attitude. Do not disturb her when watching tv do, when reading books or playing. When she aimed for something she wont stop until she get it/there. I don't know why but her main target are those she's not supposed to touch, such as shoes, outlets, tv control and her stroller wheels.
At ten months, I still rock her to sleep. I don't have to and she don't ask for it, but I'd like to do so. For me this is our mother and daughter time of the day. I enjoy holding her in my arms, her cheeck against my chest and her warm head under my chin. I love watching her sleep, stroke her face and kiss her non-stop. I have to take advantage of it because soon she's no longer a baby.
